1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business account owners and team members.

2. Description of Service

SocialAI is a business management platform that provides tools for managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn), automating customer interactions via AI-powered chatbots, and analyzing engagement metrics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to registered business accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your company

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). By connecting these accounts, you:

• Authorize SocialAI to access and act on your behalf within the granted permissions
• Agree to comply with the respective platform's terms and policies
• Acknowledge that SocialAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the AI features to generate deceptive or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

SocialAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocialAI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant SocialAI a limited license to process and display that content solely for delivering the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialAI is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes via email or in-app notification.
